The second-highest pyramid in the Giza complex is dedicated to King Khafre, also known as Chefren. The smallest of the three main pyramids on the Giza Plateau, the Pyramid of Menkaure now stands at approximately 61 meters high. What makes this pyramid especially unique is the presence of its original granite casing, still visible on the lower portion.
