A charming guide, very pleasant and very professional
¡Muchas gracias!
Not only did we enjoy the tour and experience, Candela was so kind and gave us great recommendations to further enjoy the rest of our trip. Eternally grateful for you Candela!
Ana is an engaging guide while also being professional; time flies by listening to her explanations of the history and interesting places in Galway.
Muchas gracias
Great Candela!!! I explain the history of the city in a very clear and not boring way!!! 100% recommended
She was a great find for our Galway walking tour. We enjoyed the way she described the history of the town. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She included local history, folk tales and myths in her descriptions of the area. She accommodated some special needs (like a place to get a hat for the rain), where to buy a genuine Claddagh ring and where to enjoy local music at a pub. She did little things like adjust her speaking volume when a bus passed, got close to my mother for her to hear a little better, and asked if we had any special requests or facts we wanted to know. When she wasn’t sure of an answer she looked up an answer on her phone right away.
Oh thank you Sallie for taking the time to write such a lovely review. I hope you continue to have a good time around the islands and that you find the right bag pipe!
Very well tour that organized us Candela, which has introduced us to the history of Galway in a pleasant and charming way. Highly recommended
Mil gracias, Beatriz!
Excellent tour, I loved it, a wonderful tour of Galway, thank you very much ❤️ I will recommend it to my friends in Spain
Mil gracias a ti!
Very well formed guide and good communication. Fair and accelerated visit time but with enough data to get an idea of history
This walking tour of Galway’s picturesque Old Town was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Candela, took us through local history and culture with her passion and knowledge. He shared interesting anecdotes and answered all our questions
Such an amazing tour! Candela’s knowledge and passion for the history of Galway is unreal, she knew basically everything and had the answer to any question I had. I loved the tour and would recommend it to any visitor - whether you’re Irish and want to learn more about the history of Galway like me, or from abroad. Also included a tour of the red earls hall, and a stop at lynchs castle, and lynchs memorial near the church.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I’m thrilled to hear you enjoyed the tour and that my passion for Galway’s history came through. It was a pleasure sharing the stories of the Red Earl’s Hall, Lynch’s Castle, and Lynch’s Memorial with you.
