Excellent tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, courteous made for a great day
Well worth the trip but then we were very lucky with the weather! The cliff visitor centre experience was well thought out - don't miss the very short video film! Our guide and driver, Michael, was a fund of knowledge about the history of the area, and places to visit, which made the trip so interesting. Added to that, he was an excellent driver, and most considerate to other road users. Well done!
On August 10, 2026, my friend and I joined the **Galway to Cliffs of Moher, Aillwee Cave & Dunguaire Castle Tour**, and it was truly an unforgettable experience that left us with so many wonderful memories. The breathtaking scenery, incredible nature, and amazing places we visited were absolutely beautiful. But we would especially like to thank our driver, **John B.**, who made the whole experience even more special. John was incredibly polite, friendly, attentive, and professional. He clearly had a wealth of knowledge and shared genuinely interesting and valuable information with us, but never overwhelmed us with too many facts. He had a wonderful sense of his passengers and knew exactly when to share something interesting, when to pause, and when to simply let us enjoy the breathtaking scenery around us. And at just the right moments, he played beautiful Irish music that perfectly complemented the atmosphere of the journey. 🍀 It was clear that John doesn’t simply do his job — **he genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about the people he takes on these tours**. Thanks to him, even the journeys between the different stops became an enjoyable part of the experience. John B. truly put the perfect finishing touch on an already incredible tour and turned it into something that felt like a very special celebration. ❤️ **Thank you so much, John, for your kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for your passengers!** You helped make this trip even more memorable, and we will remember it with great warmth. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to join another tour with you someday! 🍀
We did the Galway to Cliffs of Moher, Aillwee Cave & Dunguaire Castle Tour, and honestly, our guide Seamus was one of the best guides we've ever had, on any trip. He wasn't just driving the shuttle — he was funny, engaging, and genuinely took the time to slow down at each site, sharing local lore and legends that made every stop so much richer than just snapping a photo and moving on. He was incredibly communicative throughout the day, always letting us know exactly how much time we had before the next bathroom break, and made sure everyone was accounted for and comfortable at every stop. Couldn't have asked for a better day. And as for the sights themselves — the Cliffs of Moher are out of sight, absolutely breathtaking, and the caves are beautiful. It's exactly what you're hoping for when you picture a trip to Ireland. Highly, highly recommend this tour, and ask for Seamus if you can!
John B was our guide and what a knowledgeable, clear, kind, and cool guy! He was fun to listen to and made the experience very interesting and enjoyable. He packed a lot into this tour, from castle to cave to cliffs and more! Highly recommend 😊
My family (including two teens) thoroughly enjoyed this trip. John B was a wonderful guide. He provided great information and kept the group on track throughout the day so we could all have the best experience. The cliffs were spectacular but we also enjoyed every stop - especially the Aillwee cave and lunch at Fitz's Pub. I would definitely recommend this tour.
We had a wonderful day Touring through the Irish countryside with our guide Richie! We did the small group/private tour and it was worth every penny! Richie was a wealth of knowledge and just lovely to spend the day with. Even with the cliffs being mostly out of vision (darn weather but you can’t control that!) he did a wonderful job trying to get better views from down below and pivoted to other very, very cool and interesting locations! It truly made our experience feel one of a kind! We can’t wait to come back and would 100% book this tour again and would specifically ask for Richie! Thank you for the memories!
This was incredible. John B. was a fantastic tour guide and also a magician behind the wheel of a tour bus. Everything was well executed, punctual and exceeded our expectations. 10/10 Highly recommended! Cheers!!!!!
We had the best time with Shane on this tour! He was incredibly knowledgeable about Irish history and funny as well. He surprised us with an extra stop at seershin viewpoint which felt other worldly. He is very attentive to passenger questions and ensures nobody is left behind. We had him for the kylemore abbey and Connemara tour as well and he was just as amazing as on this one. Would give him the biggest recommendation I can!
Lovely trip up the coast including Cliffs of Moher, cave exploring and excellent lunch recommendation Especial kudos to John B our very informative driver and guide
