All i can say is, what an absolute fantastic day. Both experiences were great but Dunns river was the better. The 2 young guides were brilliant and if you didnt want to jump they didnt push. Both brothers one with 7 years service and the younger only 5 months but you couldnt tell. Our driver Dwayne Reddie, what a guy. From pick up to drop of he was a mix of tour guy Dj, and id also like to say friend. Both entrances were sorted by him, the guides the tickets , everything. He is definately one to ask for if he is available. And if we visit Jamaica again, he will be the one we will be calling.

Not realistic to offer this double adventure trip from Montego Bay! The drive to Blue Hole alone is 2 hours. Blue hole - fantastic! Great staff and incredible adventure for entire family! Dunn’s River - beautiful, but absolutely no direction or help! Driver was dangerous rushing us back to port. Again, if they didn’t try to push a double trip 2 hours away from the port with only an 8 hour port time, it would be good. Only book if you have at least 10 hours at port since you have to return to port 30 minutes before actual departure time.

The tour you selected is one that many cruise guests successfully enjoy within their scheduled port time. On the day of your tour, however, your group came out approximately one hour after the scheduled pickup time, which significantly reduced the time available for the day activities. Despite the delayed departure, our driver did his best to possible ensure you were able to visit both Blue Hole and Dunn’s River Falls while also returning you safely to your cruise ship well before the all-aboard time of 3:30 PM. We’re pleased to hear that you had a wonderful experience at Blue Hole. Regarding Dunn’s River Falls, the attraction provides its own certified guides who are responsible for leading guests through the falls. Our driver’s role is to provide transportation, coordinate timing, and ensure guests reach the entrance and return safely for pickup. As for the drive back, we understand it may have felt rushed due to the lost time from the delayed pickup. However, our driver’s priority was your safety while making every effort to ensure you did not miss your cruise departure. We also appreciate your comments regarding the tour description and meeting instructions. We continuously review guest feedback and will take your suggestions into consideration to improve the experience for future travelers. Our meeting point at the cruise port is one that hundreds of guests locate successfully, but we understand that first-time visitors may find it challenging. Not realistic to be able to enjoy both places unless you have 10 hours at the port. The drive to blue hole is 2 hours at least. It is an amazing experience once you are there! Do not plan on time to stop and eat. The Dunn’s River guide was absolutely nothing. She walked us through the gate and gave us a return time. No directions at all! We found the falls easy enough but then were just on our own with no guidance. We did what we could and hurried back to not be late. Driver did his best to get us back to ship on time but it was scary the way he drove back! The company should not make people believe this double tour is possible! Not as described - no info on the 2 hour drive there or back.

Our guide was friendly, energetic, and made additional stops on the way to grab local food and souvenirs based on what we mentioned we were interested in.

Had the most amazing experience at the Blue Hole and Dunn’s River Falls. 100/10 recommend if you like adventurous nature excursions. Also our drive Alando was the best; he made sure our trip there and back was as enjoyable as possible and gave us information about Jamaica as we drove through different areas. Great service, very safe and caring specially with the entire family. The tour guide Lando was amazing and took very good care of us. Drove about an hour to get the to falls and explain the are throughout the entire ride. 10 stars for Lando

Super fun experience. make sure you bring water shoes. Alando was our driver. to and from the hotel to the different excursions. he was so nice and funny. the ride was long but he made it fun.
