Private Day Tour to Machu Picchu

We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco between 4 to 6 am according to the train departure and take you by private transportation to Ollantaytambo, a trip of approximately two hours.

Upon arriving in Ollantaytambo, we will go to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, the town from where you access Machu Picchu. The train trip from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, our accredited representative will take you to the bus station. Here you will take the bus that will take you to the citadel of Machu Picchu. The trip lasts around thirty minutes. You will arrive at the entrance of the Machu Picchu citadel according to the entry time.

When you arrive at Machu Picchu, you will go through an entry control, so we recommend bringing your original passport. After the control, our accredited guide will take you on a tour of the Machu Picchu citadel. You will visit the most important places of Machu Picchu, temples with great significance and important sites, it will depend on the type of circuit. After visiting all these places, you will take a bus back to Aguas Calientes, a trip of approximately 30 minutes.

You will arrive in Aguas Calientes and have enough time to have lunch or explore the picturesque town. You will enjoy about three hours of free time. Then, you will return to the train station to take the train. Depending on schedule and availability.

After a train ride for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. You will arrive at Ollantaytambo.

Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo our private transportation will be waiting to take you back to the city of Cusco. We will arrive between 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm according to the train return time.
