Bow Falls is one of Banff’s signature viewpoints—a wide, powerful waterfall located just minutes from Banff town and the historic Fairmont Banff Springs. We had a fantastic experience with Libby. Kids and adults all had fun. The ride was serene and beautiful. Five stars!
Itiel was a great guide, knowledgeable informative, funny and engaging. He interacted with everyone in the group and was really helpful about local culture and history. I highly recommend taking this trip and if you get Itiel as your guide then you’ll have a great experience
This was the absolute highlight of my trip. Hit all of the must see spots and then some. Itiel was an excellent guide very knowledgeable and would highly recommend him and this tour.
We had a spectacular time with Robyn, who entertained kids and adults on a jam packed adventure to the most beautiful sights in Banff and Yoho national parks. Would definitely book again.
Our tour was great. Our guide, Robyn was FANTASTIC!! She was the reason our experience was Super. 5 Star!!!
We had visited the area last year and did a private tour with this company. We had such a great experience that this year we wanted to share the best of Banff and Yoho with our parents and booked another tour. Our guide was Robyn and she was fantastic and gave us a phenomenal experience. She was so knowledgeable in sharing facts and history. She was even creative on engaging our triplet 12 year olds in learning and getting their wiggles out at stops. We were a group of eight and I highly recommend this tour for having a wonderful experience, well worth it!
We had some friends who did this tour and suggested we go with Rahul. Rahul was so fun and answered every question we could come up with. We had a lot of fun. The van was very comfortable and room, with huge windows. Definitely will recommend this tour to everyone we know.
We had a great trip with Vista Chase, and specifically with our guide, Rahul! Over the course of ~7 days, we saw a bunch of beautiful sights, did a lot of nice hikes, and learned a lot about the history and topography of the area. 1/ History -- Rahul gave us downloads on the history of Banff, the sights we were going to see that day, and more each day. This was great 2/ Family -- Rahul was great with our family (including our 4 boys, ages 3 thru 10). Rahul also was great with our parents/ the grandparents. He adjusted the lengths and paces of the hikes to accommodate everyone, and gave every one ample time to eat, make stops, use the restrooms, etc 3/ Flexibility -- Rahul helped us configure our starting times and arrival times each day. Rahul worked with us to figure out what we wanted to see, how much time to spend at each place, how much time to bake in for lunch, etc. I love how we were able to add some customizations to each day 4/ Safety -- Rahul was a really safe and conscientious driver. When the kids were tired, he slowed down the car. When we were on hikes, he made sure that we wouldn't trip, or go somewhere that was too steep of an incline Overall, we had a wonderful trip with Vista Chase. We highly recommend them!
We were a group of 5 friends traveling from Texas. The private tour was top notch! We loved the personalized attention that Robyn gave us. She was so knowledgeable on the area. She took us to all the best spots, and helped us navigate around the crowds. We were picked up on time and spent the entire day traveling from one beautiful spot to another. She even showed us the best lunch options and we found the perfect picnic area to have lunch. Best trip ever!
We could not have asked for a better way to explore the natural beauty of Banff! Our guide, Rueben, made the day easy for us to just sit back and enjoy. I will remember walking over the top of the stone path and getting the first view of Lake Morraine for the rest of my life. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and best of all had the permits needed to park in the lot closest to all of the sites. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see many different sites in one day without having to worry about navigating the area on their own. This will be a day our family talks about for many years to come. Thank you Reuben for being such a wonderful guide, you definitely made our day amazing!
