We sail past the Charleston Battery and see the pre antebellum homes that adorn the waterfront.
We typically pass by the Ravenel Bridge, a Charleston staple and longest cable-stayed bridge in North America.
We pass by the mighty USS Yorktown aircraft carrier which was turned into a museum in 1976 after serving in WW2, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Next to the USS Yorktown is the destroyer, USS Laffey, nicknamed "The Ship That Would Not Die".
We can sometimes sail close to Ft Sumter where the first shots of the Civil War were fired marking the official beginning of the war.

A really wonderful excursion on the Charleston Harbor! Captain Will and Jodi made it extra special. My second time on the Fate, and it’s a delightful way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommended.
Will & Jody were absolute professionals. Not only did they ensure our safety, but they added to our experience by providing additional historical context in and around Charleston Harbor. The experience was incredible and I look forward to sailing again in the near future.
