Private Authentic Indian Cooking Class in Antwerp with Aastha

A very good experience. The private Indian cooking class with Aastha in Antwerp was well organized and strong in content. The explanation was clear and structured, with attention to both techniques and the use of herbs. The setting was pleasant and quiet, so there was plenty of space to ask questions and actively participate. The dishes we prepared were tasteful and give a good idea of Indian cuisine. Recommended for those who want to get acquainted with authentic Indian cooking in an accessible way.

It was a very fun experience to do as a couple. Beforehand we agreed on a recipe based on Aastha's suggestions which we altered a little bit. We chose the cooking experience so we could learn to cook Indian food ourselves. We learned a lot while cooking and Aastha was very kind which led to a relaxing cooking experience. I'm not experienced at cooking food at all but that was no problem as I was able to choose to stick to the easier tasks. After the cooking we sat down for to enjoy our relaxing dinner and the food was amazing!!

The afternoon was really super educational and fun. Especially the warm and cordial with the enthusiastic explanation. Look back on a delicious lunch. Thank you so much!

On a cold january evening me and my wife had a cooking class together with Aastha. Aastha is a very friendly lady and loves to cook all kind of indian dishes. Despite it being her hobby, everything was very professional. She received us into her private kitchen, about 3 kilometers outside the center of Antwerp. And in about 2,5 hours she explained us how to make a fresh Tikka masala, Parathas in different styles and a nice smelling Masala Chai. If you like Indian food, this is a nice experience!
