Travel directly by private vehicle to your confirmed hotel or accommodation in Tokyo. Vehicle options are available for groups of up to 6, 9, 13, 18, or 44 passengers. The appropriate option must be selected according to both the number of passengers and the amount and size of luggage. A special cancellation policy applies to 18-seat Coaster minibuses and 44-seat coaches. Cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable. Overtime fees will be charged for exceeding the free waiting time, the charter service duration, or for any last-minute requests by guests to extend the tour. The fee is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer, and JPY 10,000 per hour for 18-seat Coaster vans and 44-seat buses.

Our driver contacted us via WhatsApp before our arrival and provided clear instructions on where to meet at Haneda Airport. Although immigration took longer than expected, he waited patiently and greeted us at the arrivals area holding a sign with our name, so he was very easy to find. He was also extremely helpful and assisted us with all our luggage. The vehicle was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of four and four large suitcases. The journey from the airport to our hotel in Tokyo was smooth and comfortable, with no unexpected charges. After a long flight, it was such a relief not to carry heavy luggage while navigating unfamiliar train lines in a foreign country. The service was even more affordable than taking a local taxi. It was reliable, convenient, and completely hassle-free—we would definitely book again.
