Normally, we have good...
Normally, we have good luck with Violet her but this time we did not. We arranged for a transfer and waited for 25 minutes at the airport looking everywhere, but never could find our pick up so we ended up having to take a taxi. There was no place online to enter our return round-trip so that is still looming. I will clearly be asking for a refund on this. Your customer service numbers don’t work either. When dialing the US based number, he told us to call the local number but then no one answered the local number.

Excellent Service and punctual
I used the Service for transfer from the airport to Copacabana and then to buzios. All I have to do is thank the staff that we attended immediately before we bought the drivers who transported us, I do not remember the names of everyone, but NONE left to wish in the Service. Super punctual, helpful and understanders of the city. We had excellent tips to enjoy our well-deserved vacation. After all, I already congratulated the team on whatsapp and made the issue of making them public. Next time we go to Rio we will definitely use the Service again.

Transport from airport to hotel and back
