Exceptional driver
*Incredible experience with Younes as a driver during our 5 days in Morocco. From the first moment he was attentive, friendly and super professional. Always with a smile, he helped us in everything we needed and made our trip much easier and special. He's been much more than a driver, he's been part of the group! We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to travel with peace of mind and confidence. Thank you, Younes!*

No show.
The driver never responded to calls or messages. Never showed up. I ended up taking a taxi from airport.
Operator response
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. On that day, one of the main access roads to the airport was closed due to construction works, which unfortunately caused significant delays and prevented our driver from reaching you on time. As soon as the situation was confirmed, we processed a full refund for your booking. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for this unexpected situation. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience next time.

Top Service!
We have experienced excellent Service with AnnoQri Travel Services. The transfer from our hotel in Marrakech to Casablanca airport was very comfortable in a neat and spacious Mercedes Vito. The driver was friendly, tidy and drove safely. On the way we could stop at a gas station without any problem. Everything was perfectly arranged – really top Service!
