Private Transfer - Marrakech Menara airport (RAK)

The driver was friendly and efficient. The company communicated with us before we arrived and gave us a photo with clear directions as to where to go and what to expect upon arriving in the airport of Marrakesh. It was a seamless transition to our hotel. They were waiting for us with a sign that we knew to look for from the prior photo and there was no time wasted leaving the airport.

The trip was very comfortable. The driver (Yassine Fennou Tours) was very kind, punctual, and helpful. The car was spacious, clean, and safe.

I wouldn’t recommend this service. Yes the price seems reasonable however 2 days before our transfer I hadn’t been able to get in contact with this transfer service. I hadn’t called 2x and messaged the operator however I’ve still not yet even had a response. As we landed I’d not received any messaged and walking through arrivals I saw nothing with my name or my booking. I was left annoyed and confused. However there is the normal Marrakech taxi service so I used that as my plan B. I never usually actually leave reviews however this was unprofessional and not very well planned. I have requested a refund and I’m waiting to hear back. Don’t go with this service and just get a normal taxi. You can tell them where you want to go they print you a receipt and the booking confirmation there and then and give you the taxi number on the ticket and takes you straight to your destination and is reasonably priced

Abut was fantastic! Had water for my arrival and shared some amazing information on Marrakech and the old city. Easy to navigate and communicate and easy to find! My flight was delayed and they were able to work with me on my new arrival time

I had booked an airport transfer through Booking.com from my hotel to the airport. Approximately five minutes before the scheduled departure time, I contacted the company to ask whether the car was on its way, as I had not received any information from them. I was told that the car would arrive at 10:00 p.m. I then asked whether we should wait outside. Seven minutes later—three minutes after the agreed pick-up time—I contacted them again. I was told that they were trying to reach the driver and that I should wait a few more minutes. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay. A few minutes later, I received another message saying that the driver had experienced some problems and that another car was on its way. I then called the company, but they hung up on me. The company later called me back, and the man I spoke to sounded angry. He told me that because I was unwilling to wait, he would cancel my transfer, even though I had already paid for it. He then hung up. The hotel staff tried to contact the company on my behalf, but the company repeatedly hung up on them as well. Eventually, the hotel managed to speak to them. The company was rude to the hotel staff twice and ended the calls by hanging up. As a result, the hotel had to arrange a taxi for me and my family. Approximately 20 minutes later, I received a long message from the company claiming that their driver had been involved in an accident and that I had said I was unwilling to wait. This was not true. I had simply expressed concern about being delayed further and wanted to make sure that we would not miss our flight. They then told me that I could take a taxi and send them the receipt for reimbursement. However, the taxi arranged by the hotel did not provide a receipt. Moreover, the timing of this offer felt like an attempt to appear helpful only after the hotel and I had made it clear that their treatment of me could have consequences. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and unprofessional experience. The lack of communication, the delays, the way the company spoke to both me and the hotel staff, and the fact that I was left to arrange alternative transportation despite having already paid for the transfer were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

Wait time: We arrived early in the morning and had to wait two hours to be served due to the crowds. We are 71 and 75 years old, with three friends waiting for us. No problem there. Unpleasant surprise: The sales agent handled our file—which took a while—and then, to our surprise, demanded payment before even showing us the contract. When I objected that it was unusual to pay without seeing the contract, a second agent stepped in, creating a high-pressure atmosphere. Interruption of service: My file was then abandoned midway without explanation while the agent attended to a local customer. We had to wait for him to finish; we didn't understand what was going on. The sale: Exhausted and unwilling to start the whole process over with another rental agency, we paid. Upon reading the contract, we discovered that an unrequested premium insurance policy had been included. Potential return fees: Despite returning the vehicle without any damage, the agent informed us of potential cleaning fees that had not been mentioned at the time of signing. A very negative experience. I will never return. A copy of this review has been sent to the Hertz sales departments in Marrakech and Europe to inform them. The driver was horrible. Did not communicate at all, kept leaving us when we were walking to the car and did not even offered to help us with our bags.

A smooth and efficient experience from booking to pickup, transportation, and arrival. Everything was well organized, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.
