Hosan was awesome and welcoming a people person.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear Hosan made you feel welcome and provided such a great airport transfer experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back to Jamaica on your next visit!
I highly recommend booking your hotel transfer with Hosan! He made us so comfortable and showed us around on our way to and from the hotel. We learned so much about the history of Mobay & shared our mutual love for Jamaican music (dancehall & reggae). He also gave us recommendations for our time in Mobay. He and his team were very responsive, respectful, and kind! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed a beautiful welcome & drop off! A 10/10 experience!
Thank you for the amazing review! I’m truly honored to hear that you and your husband enjoyed the private airport transfer and had a great time exploring Montego Bay with me, Hosan! It was a pleasure sharing the history of Mobay and bonding over our love for Jamaican music—dancehall and reggae vibes are the best! I’m thrilled that my team and I could make your anniversary celebration special with a comfortable and memorable experience. Your kind words mean the world, and we’d love to welcome you back for another 10/10 adventure! 😊
Friendly, polite, helpful and willing to please. We thought we were at one resort; he took us there. We called him. He came back, picked us up; no attitude. He was more than glad to take us to the right resort. Will use Mr. Kaye again.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🙏 It was truly my pleasure to assist and make sure you got to the right place without any hassle. I’m happy everything worked out smoothly, and I look forward to welcoming you back to Jamaica anytime you visit again. Safe travels until next time! 🌴🚐
Krisann was our driver from the airport to the resort and we can’t say enough great things about her! She has a bubbly personality, so much life to her, and great knowledge about Jamaica. She made us feel 100% comfortable and was very welcoming. She definitely set the tone for Jamaica and was a great representation of how the people are here! We also booked a cultural tour of Montego Bay through her, which also was perfect! You can feel that she cares about you from the moment she opens the car door. Would recommend her to everyone!!!
Wow! Thank you so much for this beautiful review ❤️ It truly warms my heart to know that I made you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we met. I love what I do, and it means the world to hear that it made a difference in your experience. I’m so happy you enjoyed both the airport transfer and your Montego Bay cultural tour—it was a pleasure spending time with you! Wishing you all the best, and I hope to see you again in Jamaica yah Mon.

Hosan is such a delight. He drove me to my resort from the airport in Montego bay. He is reliable, punctual and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again on my next visit to Jamaica 🇯🇲 J

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch – Thank You, Khrissy! From the moment we met Khrissy, we knew we were in great hands. She provided transportation for us to and from the airport as well as to Dolphin Cove, and every ride felt more like traveling with a friend than just another transaction. Khrissy is incredibly personable, warm, and attentive. She took the time to get to know us, shared local insights, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Her genuine care and friendly personality turned what could have been routine transfers into memorable parts of our trip. She was always punctual, her vehicle was clean and comfortable, and she went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and relaxed. It’s rare to find someone who blends professionalism and warmth so seamlessly. If you’re looking for more than just a ride—if you want an experience that feels personal and tailored—Khrissy is the guide you need. Highly recommended, and we can’t thank her enough for making our travels in Montego Bay so smooth and enjoyable!
I read this wholehearted review more than once just because this is what I really work for on a daily basis helping persons to have a great experience on my island. Your review will indeed help potential customers to make the right choice when Booking it also gives me the energy to keep going. Hopefully, you guys will get to visit again and I will step it up a notch. Have a great trip back home love from warm sunny Jamaica.🇯🇲
The best private transfer service to use in Jamaica. Every time we visit Down to earth tours is amazing! We are like family now!
Thank you so much for your continuous support. Can't wait for you guys to come back again.
We have been using Down to Earth Tours for our airport transfers since 2010. Although our transportation from the airport is included in our All-inclusive package, we prefer to Down To Earth Tours to pick us up from the airport. We have always had great service, we get to the resort before most of the other guests so checking in is always breeze. Khrissy always has cold drinks for us and will gladly stop to pick up anything we require. I absolutely recommend this company!
This bring joy to my face since I remember the first time you guys rode with us from the airport words can't explain what I just want to reiterate and say thank you thank you thank you for the continuous support one love yah mon eh.
