Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure): Head to the meeting point for your VIP Host. Fill out your immigration forms and fast track through customs and immigration. Your host will help you retrieve your luggage and escort you to the arrival lounge. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages, freshen up in the private restroom. When ready, you’ll be escorted to the transportation you have arranged. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival): After checking in for your flight, go to Club Mobay info booth, next to security and immigration. Check-in for your lounge access and enjoy expedited service through security and immigration. Club Mobay departure lounge is located next to Gate 12. Unwind, enjoy light fare, cold drinks, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. Use the Wi-Fi, showers or a mini treatment at the Mango Spa (spa treatments at your own expense). Kids can play in Pickney Place, a sound-controlled playroom, or if you are sans kids, enjoy the adults-only lounge.

Definitely worth the price for the departure lounge!! Multiple bars and buffet stations with plenty of seating!
I would not travel to Jamaica with out this service, especially if you are flying in during peak times. Our rep was excellent and offered exceptional service. The lounge is "ehh" at the arrival. The departure lounge was wonderful!

When I ARRIVED at Montego Bay Airport, NO ONE from Club MoBay greeted me at the gate after I departed the plane. I discovered the desk/kiosk. A Club Mobay rep helped me with the customs process. My "guide" Joani eventually sauntered over and told me she saw me after I left the plane on my way to customs. I informed her, I saw guides/staff with signs waiting for passengers after they left the plane. She was NOT one of them. Joadi/ Joani showed me the sign she was supposed to display (labeled "Mr. Jason") and said she was "having a bad day". She did not apologize for her incompetence. She helped me locate my hotel's shuttle. As soon as she completed that task, she just walked away, no "good-bye", no "sorry for the inconvenience sir", nothing.

Club Mobay departure is definitely worth it, especially in the event of flight delays. This was a last-minute experience purchase for departure less than 24hours. Viator was easy and the process was seamless.

I had a VIP meet and greet, when I landed in Montego Bay Airport Sangster and was met by this wonderful and very professional gentlemen, who guilded me, from getting off the plane, taking me through customs and picking up my luggage, to outside the airport. We used this club for our departure from Jamaica and it was amazing! What a great experience with wonderful people, good food and a perfect environment to wait on our plane instead of being in the main terminal hot and packed! I would 100% suggest this for anyone who can do it.
