South Africa’s Union Buildings is the official Seat of The National Government and has been declared a South African National Heritage Site.
Paul Kruger was a resistance leader and key figure in the Transvaal war against the British in 1880/1881. In 1882 at the age Of 57 Kruger Was Elected President of The Transvaal and later took up residence at Kruger House In Pretoria.
The impressive Voortrekker Monument is situated in a nature reserve in the Pretoria (Tshwane) area. in a nature reserve. It commemorates the Pioneering spirit of Afrikaners and is one of the most popular heritage sites in South Africa
The Cullinan diamond mine has produced some of the most perfect and alluring gemstones ever seen by man., such as the spectacular Cullinan Diamond. Some of these glamorous gems have inspired myths, legends, fables and romances and have been possessed by stars and royalty alike.

This was an interesting tour. Our tour guide Lebo was very informative and knowledgeable about the subject content. Only disappointing part was not being able to actually go into the mine, that would have added to the experience.

I had the tour with Pollen as my guide and it was amazing. The extent of knowledge he has and the insights he gave made the tour perfect. We started with the diamond mine visit, where you will learn everything about the South African mining in general and the cullinan mining in specific. After that we went to the union buildings followed by a short visit to the square and Kruger house. The tour was finished with the visit of the Vooortrekker monument where you learn all about the Dutch pioneers that settled the inland of ZA. The tour is about 8-9 hours long depending on where you live. I can only recommend the tour :)

Our guide, Lebo, was right on time at the start. During our drive to the first stop, he gave us a good sense of what to expect during the day, and provided in depth information about the history and context of the points of attraction for the day. The tour was very well paced and surpassed our expectations. Overall, an excellent trip!
