Aloha! Mahalo nui loa for sharing your experience regarding your Snorkeling Tour. We hope you had a wonderful time exploring waters around the Hawaiʻi Island. It is possible there may have been some confusion with another tour operator, and we would be happy to look into this further if you are able to share your tour date or booking information with us. We did want to kindly clarify a couple of details, as we are not able to locate your experience with Sea Quest Hawaii based on the description in your review. We do not have any two hour tours and our boats are rigid inflatable vessels with inflatable hulls, so for safety reasons our guests are not able to stand on the sides to jump off the boat. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed seeing the beautiful fish and marine life along the Kona Coast. At the same time, we understand your concerns regarding comfort and onboard amenities. Our vessels are rigid hull inflatable boats, meaning they are hard bottomed boats with inflated sides. The smaller nature of our boats and our intimate group sizes are what make our tours unique and allow us to access remote coastline areas, sea caves, and snorkeling locations that larger vessels often cannot reach. Because of the size and design of these rafts, we do not have restrooms onboard any of our vessels. We understand this style of adventure is not what every guest looks for, especially when expecting a larger catamaran or large boat with full onboard facilities. We always aim to provide clear information prior to departure so guests can choose the experience that best fits their comfort level and adventure style.
