Superb day out for adults
Fantastic day out I suppose it could do more for kids but hey Ho it’s for adults and it’s a superb day out in Porto for an adult with the full tour comes 8 tastings of the region 9 if you count the Bar da Praça on the concourse overlooking Ribiera great steak sandwiches and fries simply because you need food after the tastings!
My advice go early and try to do it all eat drink and be merry!

Magnificent experience for families, couples, travelers...
Magnificent experiences that educate about wine and chocolate in a fun way, especially on the Rosé tour. Exportable to other capitals.

Magnificent experience for family leisure
A wonder. The wine experience is spectacular, the Rosé is super fun, and the chocolate is great. At a high level WOW, it should be exported to other European capitals.

Worth the Money
This was the best way to see WOW and the museums. We were able to go to the wine experience, pink palace and the chocolate experience. All of them were different and fun in their own way! We thought this ticket was well worth the admission, museums, and tastings.

Great museums, very interesting and good value
Lots of great museums/experiences included in one ticket. 3 very informative and in depth each requiring several hours each so recommend splitting over the full 2 days.

Shameful
I believe I remember that his name is João.
The experience was in English; there were only three Spanish women. His arrogance and lack of education were unbearable. He made tasteless jokes about the name tempranillo and about the Spanish. A professional cannot be so rude, regardless of what he thinks about another country, to try to be funny in front of the English who were the majority on that tour.
Shameful.

A Unique Wine Experience Beyond the Usual Cellar Tours
My boyfriend and I spent an afternoon at the WOW Cultural District and were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it. We purchased the all‑day pass for €30 each, which felt like good value for the variety and quality of experiences included.
We began with the Wine Experience, an immersive and beautifully designed museum that walks you through the history of wine in an engaging, sensory way. It ends with a tasting of three wines, which was a lovely touch. Next, we joined an English‑speaking guided tour of The Art of Drinking museum. The collection of historical drinking vessels was impressive, and our guide was both knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic.
After a drink and snack on the terrace, with a great view over Porto, we finished at the Pink Palace, a fun and lighthearted journey through the world of rosé. It includes five rosé tastings, and you can keep the souvenir glass or recycle it at the end.
Overall, WOW is extremely well designed: the buildings are beautiful, the exhibits are thoughtfully curated, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The facilities and gift shops are in excellent condition.
One thing that stood out was how quiet it was. We only saw a handful of other visitors during our 4–5 hours there. After a week of navigating very crowded tourist sites in Portugal, the calm was refreshing, though it did make the space feel a bit under‑attended. Navigation between museums was occasionally a little confusing, but staff were always nearby to point us in the right direction.
We visited as an adult couple and thoroughly enjoyed our time. If you’re interested in wine, culture, or simply want something unique beyond the busy cellar tours, WOW is absolutely worth a visit.

Soap dispenser problem
Nice museums if they are open. But what is wrong with the soap in your toilets. There is always something wrong with them: empty, broken, not working.

Just awful
To begin with, I went with friends to the bar on the square and waited about 30 minutes to be served. I went to the counter, but I was informed that there was a desk service and that I should wait. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I ordered a mojito, which came too sweet. I then requested the replacement of the drink, but the employee limited himself to adding more rum to the already served glass, resulting in an unbalanced and unpleasant drink.
I consider the experience extremely negative, both due to the delay in the care and the lack of care in resolving the situation.
