Fantastic from start to finish. Guide explained everything clearly, team helped us into harnesses and how to adjust safety helmet, how to use guide rope. The climb was easy and unrushed allowing time to stop and look around. Ample time at the top to look all around and take in the great views and take photos. After a chocolate port cup we descended . A great way to spend 45 mins.

This was so much fun and very safe. The young people who run it are professional and attentive. There are many steps to go to the top but everything is run at your own pace, no rush. The views at the top are worth it.
Steep climb up the stairs underneath the bridge. It is very safe, and after walking around Porto for a couple days, was not too challenging of a climb. The guide is with you, paying attention to what everyone is doing, answers questions, takes pictures. Good, friendly people.

Excellent tour. Staff are very friendly, thank you to Jose who looked after us. Beautiful day so we walked from city centre to the bridge, we then got the tram back into town. As for the activity, very enjoyable, steps up with a safety harness. Slow and steady but quite manageable for anyone with little fitness. Little chat and photo op on top, your guide will take questions and offer you a shot of port in a choc cup, you will also receive a free photo of yourself if you opt for the offer of him taking your photo before you climb back down. Great activity

Found this during a stop in Porto. The staff are awesome -they help you get into your gear and make sure everything is safe for you before you climb. Leonore was our guide that day and she was awesome. She explained all the safety rules and made sure all of us were comfortable during the whole experience. The views are beautiful and you're done in an hour, tops. Thanks for a great experience! :)
The Porto Bridge Climb was an amazing experience from start to finish and one of the highlights of my trip. The meeting point was easy to find and conveniently located within easy reach of the city centre. From the moment we arrived, everything was incredibly well organised and efficient. We were fitted with our harnesses and hard hats before beginning the climb almost immediately, so there was very little waiting around. Our guides were excellent—knowledgeable, relaxed, and with a wonderfully dry sense of humour that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They struck the perfect balance between being professional and putting everyone at ease, especially anyone who might be a little nervous about heights. The climb itself is steep but relatively short, and I think most people with a reasonable level of mobility would be able to manage it. Once at the top, the views were absolutely spectacular, stretching across Porto, the Douro River, and out to the Atlantic Ocean. We had plenty of time to take photos while our guide shared fascinating stories about the city's history and landmarks. One of the nicest touches was being treated to a shot of port served in a chocolate cup while enjoying the view—they even catered to dietary requirements! After descending, we were also given a professionally printed photo from the top of the bridge along with a postcard, which made lovely souvenirs. The facilities were very good too, with a secure locker for storing belongings and even a sink to wash your hands afterwards (though no bathroom). Overall, this was a brilliantly organised, fun, and memorable experience with fantastic guides and breathtaking views. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto—whether you're looking for a unique sightseeing experience or simply want to see the city from a completely different perspective.
