Good tour experience where we were taken to all the advertised places.

Anything but bountiful. Full day trip...back in hotel at 12:30. Cultural Village closed at 8:30, had to come back. Waterfall no swimming, flow too strong. Guide said he'd meet us back at the van. Blue lagoon lunch. Got a warm cheese and ham sandwich...booked a baguette! Wife got a warm wet chicken wrap...couldn't eat it. Turtle sanctuary ...25 mins looking at a dirty pool, a crab in a hut and 3 iguanas. Cultural village...a dance, some music, a talk on leaves and fire walking...30 mins max. Duty free shop. Didn't tell any guest passport needed to buy. We all declined. AU$290 + ...Must try harder. Very underwhelming. Book at your own risk.

We did the blue lagoon, turtle sanctuary and water falls plus a stop to the duty free. It was fantastic Flo our tour guide was brilliant and full of knowledge about Vanuatu. The lunch provided was delicious. We had a group of 13 and it was fantastic the kids loved it!!

I was lucky enough to be one of three people on this tour and it was fantastic. Junior was a great driver and very timely and kind. Getting to the blue lagoon early was a great choice, lunch was great with the turtles and we opted to go to Hideaway Island instead of the waterfalls. Perfect casual day with lots of freedom and swimming.

Marius, our guide, made the day perfect by recognising that we wanted different experiences from the usual. We had already been to the blue lagoon and Eden on the River but hadn't visited the turtle sanctuary (loved it!) We also loved the marketplaces and meeting the people there. We learned so much about the effects of the earthquake and the ongoing attempts to repair the damage. All in all we came away from the tour with such worthwhile memories and it's all thanks to Marius.

We had a great time in the natural pool, the turtle 🐢 breeding area and at the cascades. Our guide Marius was full of enthusiasm, knowledge, wit and humor and made our trip an enjoyable one.

It was a bit confusing to find the place but it did not take much time. The tour was awesome, the staff was awesome too. It was 6 hours and then got us back to the port with 1 hour to go. This location is not update with equipment. So if you are not a good swimmer then I recommend you bringing your own life jacket. Our driver was Steve, but they are all good and love what they do. Definitely do it and recommend it 100%

It’s not really a full day. It’s more a half day—with an early pick up. Blue Lagoon was beautiful and there’s enough space for everyone. Can be fun and can be quiet depending on where you place yourself. The turtles you’ll see aren’t in the ocean or a snorkeling trip. They’re in a “marine sanctuary” that acts more like a zoo. Just a small concrete pool. Dubious claims to care and intend to make you believe they’re in the wild. Lunch was served here and it was surprisingly good and generous. Rarru cascades are well laid out with safe walk ways. Just be careful swimming—no lifeguards or anyone in charge. So if you go alone it can be quite the risk. Overall, tour was fine, driver friendly, ride comfortable. But for the price? A little expensive for what you actually get.
