Everyone is a bit nervous going off the swing - you very brave person! Yes a kiwi engineered, designed and installed system - that country must have more adventurous people per capita.

We always do our best to flag potential issues early, and in this case, we reached to let you know the afternoon slot (with 1pm pickup as listed) might be tight given the full combo experience runs about 4+ hours total—including transfers, briefing, and the ziplines, Skybridge, and Canyon Swing, given the ships tender sometimes want you back onboard early. We gently asked if you were coming from a ship to confirm, since the booking (through a third-party provider) didn't note that detail, and we wanted to give you plenty of time to cancel without any penalty—which we're glad worked out with a full refund. For cruise passengers especially, ship internet can make direct communication tricky, which sometimes leads to these hiccups. Booking directly with us (via email, phone, or WhatsApp) gives you that extra layer of real-time chat to tweak times or options ahead of time. We also point folks toward ship-booked excursions (which guarantee on-time returns), self-driving for more flexibility to arrive/leave earlier, or just emailing us to explore other slots that better fit tight tender times. We'd hate for this to put you off the experience entirely—the jungle views over Mele Bay, the thrill of the lines and swing, and the whole vibe are such highlights for families!
