<p>The person meeting us had no sign, we checked with everyone even the taxi drivers and walked all around the port. We then asked a guy with a laptop who then told us he was Viator and he had lost the sign! We were then late getting on coach through no fault of our own. Guide around Pompeii was great. Did not appreciate the walk around the ceramic shop before the tour, no mention of that in the tour description!</p>
