My son and I enjoyed a memorable visit to Pompeii which was really enriched by Fabio guiding us. He was very communicative beforehand, met us off the train, and then spent half a day taking us around the site. The sheer scale of Pompeii can be overwhelming , but thanks to Fabio we know we saw all of the key parts and didn’t lose time getting lost or trying to figure out our way around . My partner and I loved our 2 hour guided tour of Pompeii with Fabio. Fabio’s input optimised our visit, and removed any element of struggle in visiting a busy tourist spot on a very hot day. Communication before the trip was excellent. We benefitted from being a small group (2) especially when visiting the more popular areas and houses. Fabio was known by the other guides and was able to facilitate our access even through crowded sites. Fabio’s experience and knowledge were excellent . His route allowed us to take in many highlights of discovery, but also many smaller details that we would have overlooked if we had visited on our own. Good value too.
