Mia and Sanja were very kind and explained different historical and park features very well. The park is a beautiful place, and every space is enjoyed.
The bus departed on time so it was very punctual. It was great to get a bathroom stop on the way there and on the way back with access to shops. More free time at the park would have been amazing but I get we are with a big group so it’s difficult. Mia and Sanja were brilliant guides, very informative and down to earth people. Mia really knew her stuff about the history of the places we’re were going through and made it very interesting and fun. Thoroughly enjoyed :)

We had a fantastic experience on our Gray Line tour from Split to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Mia and Sanja were exceptional from start to finish — passionate, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly personable. They did a wonderful job sharing the history and background of Croatia and the Plitvice Lakes during the bus ride, and that same enthusiasm continued once we arrived at the park. While walking through Plitvice, they were informative and engaging, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure the entire group was comfortable and knew what to expect. What really stood out was how much they genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing this beautiful place with us. Their combination of knowledge, organization, warmth, and enthusiasm made an already spectacular destination even more memorable. Mia even helped a small group in Spanish even though the tour wasn’t supposed to be in english - going above and beyond. We highly recommend this tour, and especially Maya and Sonia. They were outstanding ambassadors for Gray Line and for Croatia. Five stars!
