A fun evening with delicious food
We had a lovely, fun evening with delicious food and great company. We made tagliatelle and tiramisu and Anna Maria made us some delicious focaccia breads, flatbread crackers, bruschetta, and a savoury salad. It was all so good. We had wine and liqueur and Anna Maria had non-alcoholic options too. She was a gracious host and a great teacher. Thank you Anna Maria!

Not a good class. A bit upsetting.
This was not a good experience. Not a good class. A bit upsetting.
I think I got a back up chef? She was not prepared. All over the place with showing and explaining what to do.
She spent a lot of time on the phone.
At the end, she invited some people to eat what I just made. I was hoping to bring it home to share what I made.
I requested the recipes several times, and never received them. Without this, I am lost and unable to recreate what we made. This upsets me.
This was not like any other cooking class Ive been in.
I think my chef was nice, but I would never take a class with her again. Especially how much it cost.
