Great Audio Tour Option
Overall the experience was great. The download process for the self-guided tour on your phone was a bit convoluted, but it was worth it. Super informative, easy to use once on your phone and gives you the freedom to wander around the attractions in whichever order you wish.

I’m older so I couldn’t find the pdf with my ticket on it. But I called the operator who re sent this to me & saved the day

Better than expected.
Fantastic experience. Very easy to book online in advance and saves lots of time in queues. Worked better than expected. And a great experience to see such a beautiful monument.

Don’t use Vistor
This experience would have been great if Viator didn’t change our visit time, less than 24 hours before. We were unable to visit the site and cannot get any money back. NEVER USE VIATOR.

Please note that, as mentioned in the product description, the Tower entry time may be adjusted by up to 90 minutes due to security requirements and limited capacity. The Cathedral can be visited according to the booked time, followed by the Tower climb as per the assigned entry time.

Paying extra for audio guide
Remember there’s no guide! Watch your WhatsApp messages for the ticket with the QR code that they scan at the foot of the leaning tour. Know that you can’t bring anything up, there’s a free ‘cloakroom’ across the lawn for this purpose. I think it may cost $20 to go up the tower, so the rest, you’re paying for the audio guide (whose app you have to download ahead of time on your personal phone). At least earphones are not necessary. This tour works for the cathedral (which is already free) but not for the baptistery.

As stated in the booking inclusions, the package includes entry to the Leaning Tower and Cathedral with a digital audio guide; it is not a live guided tour, and entry to other attractions within the complex, such as the Baptistery, is not included.
The booking price covers more than the attraction admission fee, including the digital audio guide, advance reservation, booking/platform fees, and the convenience of having the arrangements made in advance.

Ticket purchase send with more days in advance
I purchased the tickets well in advance, they informed me that I was going to receive the tickets one day before in my email, I received the email and the links it provided did not appear, it was just information, on the day of the visit I arrived early to see directly there if they would give them to me and no, the people at the entrance do not help you, I was calling by phone and a recording would come on, in the end they did send them to me but at 3:00 pm which was when I had my access but by the time I was already in line it was 3:06 pm and they were no longer going to allow me to enter because I had already passed the time (they made an exception) but otherwise they would not have let us pass. They did it because the person at the entrance saw that I had arrived earlier (I showed her my printed sheets) so I consider that to avoid these setbacks they should send the tickets days in advance as other companies do at the moment of purchasing and paying for the tickets.

Terrible
You better know what to do when you get there. The instructions are terrible and we missed our time. Do not use this company. They are little to no help.

Good experience, the only negative side is that they called me in English and for me it wasn't a problem, but if they had called my parents they wouldn't have understood anything.

NEVER BOOK TRIP WITH TRIPADVISOR! THEY FAILED US AND DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. WE LOST OUR MONEY AND OUR TRIP!
We had a very disappointing experience booking through Tripadvisor. I would not ever book another trip through Tripadvisor again.
First, Tripadvisor tried to change the time of our booking. We sent a message confirming that we wanted to keep our original booking time, but they did not accept it and instead sent us instructions to arrive at a different time. We had no choice but to follow the time they instructed.
However, when we arrived at the Leaning Tower of Pisa at the instructed time, we were denied entry because the ticket time was incorrect.
I tried contacting Tripadvisor for help resolving the situation, but they did nothing to assist us. As a result, our entrance tickets were invalid, and we lost the money we had paid. I requested a refund, but Tripadvisor refused to refund us.
This was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. Tripadvisor caused confusion with the booking time, failed to resolve the issue when we needed assistance, and then refused to refund us for tickets we could not use.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I strongly recommend booking directly with the attraction or another provider instead of Tripadvisor.

Wonderful time at Pisa
We easily ordered tickets on our iPhone and 10 minutes later they called to make sure we had everything we needed. Wow! I did call them back later to get help and they resent the tickets immediately. What a wonderful experience.
