We had booked a tour on September 18, 2026 in our carefully planned schedule. I was informed shortly before our visit that the tour would be changed to the 19th, the next day. This conflicted with another tour so we were unable to participate. We were unable to reschedule at this last minute. Pick a more reliable tour company! We did go to the museum without a tour guide. There is an audio guide included with admission, so we felt fulfilled.

I arranged and paid for the museum before going on my trip. The museum staff instructed me on where to meet the tour guide. I waited there for 45 minutes, and no tour guide ever arrived, so I did not get to see the museum.
