Phuket: Phi Phi, Bamboo & Maiton Speed Catamaran Tour

Very well organised. A great trip out to the Islands in the Strait of Malacca. Islands themselves are spectacular! The catamaran is exactly what is advertised. The crew were attentive, helpful and provided drinks and snacks all day - be prepared for the heat - it is Thailand and not to be underestimated. There are no fans to provide some air circulation when the boat is stationary, but it is lovely when the vessel gains speed and the breeze comes through. Absolute highlight is the sheer beauty of Bamboo Island - a true postcard-perfect setting. Swimming outside the boat at Maiton Island was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon. Only bit of feedback - the toilet facility is very cramped and limited to one bathroom, however you can use the facilities on the islands in between. Music being played is sometimes waaaaaay too loud - and I love a good beat. Other than that - very good value and one of the best ways to experience the beat of Thailands natural wonders. Thank you to P.K. and his crew for a fun and memorable day!!

We went on this tour 08/28/26. We booked this tour last minute (the day before) and we were still able to get a spot for our family of 5, my wife & I and our 3 kids. From beginning to end it was seamless and very well paced. There is just enough stops with the right amount of time spent at each. The tour and orientation is very organized including upon arrival at the pier. Our tour guide PK & YT were the best. PK spoke great English and YT was fluent in Chinese. They were very accommodating, kind and had great humor too. PK really made the tour fun. The crew was experienced and professional. Captain was an expert. Towels were included and provided, including non alcoholic beverages. Lunch (buffet style) was also included which we had at Phi phi island. I suggest bring cash with you if you would like to purchase souvenirs or anything extra on these islands. The scenery was second to none and the day we went was sunny and beautiful even though it was in low season. Some people got sea sick, but the crew really helped offering bags and medication. The slide on the boat was a blast our kids loved it!!! They were 8, 11, &13. There were also younger kids as well. Pick up and the booking process was also seamless and straightforward. We were emailed and whatsapp with instructions within the hours getting our resort name and address and giving us the details of our pick up. We were scheduled for a pick up at 9am and the driver was already there waiting for us at 8:45 am when we got to the front of the resort. The ride back was just as seamless. I highly recommend. My 13 year old said that it was the best boat tour he’s ever been lol and we’ve been on tours in Mexico multiple times so I guess you can take that for what it’s worth.

Pi Mi was our guide and she was absolutely amazing. The trip was beautiful, the islands were gorgeous, and the fish we saw were amazing to see. My friend and I even saw some monkeys during our lunch time. Snorkelling was my favourite part by far! We even did the long tail boat during the lagoon period, costed 500 Baht extra but it was worth it :) overall a great trip, would do again!
