During this peak tourist season—typically from November to April—the area tends to be crowded, resulting in traffic congestion and longer wait times. For swimming at Bamboo Island, national park officers require all tourists to wear life jackets at all times for safety; these are provided free of charge to all guests. Our buffet line is exclusively reserved for our customers and is not shared with other boat companies. The buffet includes a variety of dishes, with both spicy and mild options. Please note that the spicy Thai foods, such as Tom Yum and Pad Thai, contain capsaicin—a compound that can irritate the digestive lining. Eating these spicy foods may cause diarrhea in some individuals because capsaicin stimulates intestinal contractions and increases water secretion, though reactions vary from person to person. Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it to improve our services and ensure a better experience for all our guests.
