This could have been a 4 star experience by considering a few changes. The seat belts on the bus are too tight. As it is compulsory to wear seat belts in Western Australia on a bus, I have to wear it and I felt like I was tied down on the seat. Not sure if this can be fixed. I noticed others were having the same issue too. As it is winter time, Perth has very cold morning and when we arrived at Kingspark, it was freezing cold and we couldn't enjoy the outdoor view to the fullest and stayed in the cafe for a while. I noticed that the temperature was much better when it is 1 hr later. So, I think the trip in winter would have been more enjoyable if we have left at 9 am instead of 8 am. There were a lot of elderly customers on the bus, I am sure this would have affected them too. We were given a bottle of water which is great because it can get very dry. I also noticed that the temperature control in the bus was not that great. It was too warm and when it got too much, I alerted the driver and he corrected the problem swiftly. There are other things they could improve too. Like letting customer pick the hotel when they book it online instead of having to request after the booking. Hope this will help future customer.

I’m so glad I took this tour on my first day in Perth. Learned so much and grabbed some great knowledge for the rest of my stay. A very small group meant everything ran very smoothly and the guide was very knowledgeable on so many subjects. Also gave some heads up for upcoming tours. I highly recommended this for all new travellers to Perth.

A nice trip when arriving in Perth
It was a nice tour and was as described and useful to get an insight of the area in Perth on the Swan River and quick walk around Fremantle. We weren’t long in Fremantle then returned to the boat back to the harbour in Perth. However, in retrospect a lot of the trips booked from Perth wharf go on the same journey to get to other destinations e.g. Rottnest Island and the journey repeats with a change onto a ferry at Fremantle. The captains commentary was very knowledgeable and made the trip up the river very interesting. A good start to our first day in Australia.

This tour gives a great overview of Perth, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach with a short stop in Fremantle.

Perth Fremantle and the beautiful coast.
The tour was really interesting. The Perth tour was nice. The port city tour was the highlight with interesting sites and the market and shopping. Fremantle is totally interesting.

Great tour!
Thoroughly enjoyed this half day tour. Chris was very informative, funny and caring. Saw the highlights of both Perth and Freo and all from the comfort of the air conditioned coach. Free time at Kings Park and Freo markets was ample.
