We highly recommend this guided tour. We learnt so much more than we would have going it alone. Unal was the most excellent guide, knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer all our questions. The palace and harem are a must see that is worth the expense.
Our guide, Unal was great, it was very interesting! Really enables you to understand what life was like in the harem and palace.
So so so much information! The guide was very knowledgeable about the palace as well as the history of Istanbul and Turkiyae. Once in awhile I’d want the guide to take a breath and let me think about all that he just said and also time to ask questions. The guide was very good at communicating before the tour and helped by getting the entrance tickets in advance.
Very educational visit and the guide’s explanation of the historical events with dates was excellent
Excellent visit to Topkapi palace, one of Istanbul’s must see locations. Unar is just excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, ready to answer questions about the palace and other attractions of Istanbul. We definitely recommend booking this tour, very good value of money and very professional guide. Thank you!
Great experience. Well organised. Unal was very knowledgeable and guided the tour very efficiently. Definitely reccomend!
Topkapi is a unique historical and cultural site, and it is better to get a guide to learn about all the insights in this large area. Unal is a great guide. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He adapts his explanations to the curiosities and needs of his tourist group, offering interesting info and useful suggestions.
Good experience - had a good time and enjoyed my time with Unal. Topkapi is a place you must visit, and coming with a guide is always enjoyable.
It was a very interesting experience. The guide was very friendly and informative. He explained everything very well.
Highly recommended for first time visitors. Very good English, very informative, very attentive for 2.5 hours, very good value for money. Ticket fee for entrance is not included which suited better for us, as one of us didn’t need a foreign ticket (other tours seem to be charging only foreign tickets even I am Turkish). He already helps you accessing to the ticket office when you pay for your own.
