Loved Jonathan’s history and teaching of how to make pens! Would recommend to anyone looking to learn how to make a quality unique pen!!
So much fun! Jonathan is an excellent teacher. Class is literally hands on! And the finished product will amaze you. I can’t wait to make another one!
This was such a fun experience! I went with a few friends, Jonathan made us all feel really comfortable using woodworking tools for the first time, and being able to bring home the pens we made ourselves is priceless!
It was a great experience. From the beginning we were well taken in hand by Jonathan who knows exactly what he is doing. All in a safe environment, I learned a lot about turning wood. Jonathan knows how to pass on his passion and it was a pleasure to take part. I recommend it to everyone, with or without previous experience.
Jonathan was a wonderful teacher, and we had such a great time. He guided us through creating a one-of-a-kind souvenir while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, fun, and full of laughs. We learned new skills and truly enjoyed every minute. Would absolutely recommend!
Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. You can tell that this is not a job to him, it is a passion. He walks you through every step, starting with a history lesson, and guides you through the turning process allowing you to make the pen of your dreams. The soft drinks are a nice bonus! Highly recommended! Thank you so much Jonathan!!
An excellent pen making class from start to finish. The instruction is clear, patient, and well paced, making the process approachable while still feeling rewarding. The class does a great job of balancing hands-on work with helpful guidance, so you leave with both a finished pen and a solid understanding of the techniques involved. The atmosphere is relaxed and encouraging, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into making sure everyone has a positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone interested in learning a new craft or trying something a little different.
We had a wonderful experience with Jonathan. The pen from here is by far my favorite and really something special. Jonathan is super knowledgeable, and I can only recommend doing this.
I recently attended Jonathan’s pen-making class, and it was a great experience. He is a really good teacher, patient, knowledgeable, and very clear when explaining each step. He makes the class fun and easy to follow, even for beginners. I learned a lot and enjoyed the whole process. Highly recommend his class to anyone interested in trying something creative!
