What a wonderful evening we had making pasta and tiramisu with Giuseppe! If you're contemplating something a little different for an evening in Rome, don't hesitate to book this experience. We had so much fun learning how to make pasta and tiramisu with easy step-by-step instructions and lots of direction and help from our Chef (Giuseppe). The evening was relaxed, entertaining, and thoroughly enjoyable. We met some lovely people, had great conversations, enjoyed prosecco/wine/soft drinks/limoncello, made and ate delicious food, and left with cooking knowledge. It was a great way to spend a few hours in Rome, in a slightly different way to the normal touristy stuff.

Absolutely great date night with my wife. We both had a wonderful time. It was fun and the food and company were great. Giuseppe, our personal chef, was extremely helpful, explaining everything and making all of the recipes very easy for beginners. We highly recommend this cooking class.

We planned this cooking class two months prior to us doing the event. We had to get up at 7 AM on our vacation and take an hour train to make it to our 1015 cooking class. When we arrived, no one knew anything about the class when we called the number the instructor apologized and said he did not realize that he had canceled our class without telling us. I was almost in tears, but the hotel general manager called him and worked it out so that he could come two hours later and give us the class. Unfortunately, we had a strict time limit because we had to get back to our ship which was again an hour away. We had booked the class for four people, but my husband also booked a Colosseum tour for the afternoon which happened to be the new rescheduled class time. He missed the cooking class so he could catch his other tour but we were not credited but 10% of what we had paid for his ticket. The class was wonderful, but we were not happy with how things went down.
We got lucky and it was just us two in the class so we got a full hands-on experience! Giuseppe was so kind, patient, and helpful! We learned to make two types of pasta and tiramisu. His guidance and encouragement was amazing as this was our first ever cooking class. We felt so welcome and it was truly such a great (and one of our favorite) experience, as our first time in Rome! He also graciously gave us some wine and limoncello at the end of our meal. We had so much fun! Definitely an experience we will never forget! Thanks so much, Giuseppe! :)

Amazing time! We asked our teenagers what they wanted to do in Rome, and they wanted to make pasta! This was a great experience for our family of 5. We had a great time and recommend it! The pasta and tiramisu were fun to make and tasted delicious!
