Simonetta è molto bene e interessante
We had a wonderful tour with Simonetta. As a volunteer English Teacher, she was perfectly clear & eloquent for us English speakers. She is also is born & bred from Parma & knows the town & its history so well. Gave us great recommendations of what to seek out on our own. Also the tour managers were wonderful in accommodating our late arrival from Milan with less than 24 hours notice due to a train strike
