We met our guide Kayleigh at the statue of Garibaldi in Parma, as agreed. She was very kind and knowledgable about Parma food and wines. She took us to special addresses to buy Parma ham and cheese and also to eat and drink local food and also ice cream. While being only 2 persons in this group we think the tour ended too quick. Our next foodtour would surely be with her, being a very pleasant and nice person. Recommended.
Very knowledgeable guide, Got suggestions for restaurants and other sights. Even from a historical perspective.
Our tour of the different cuisine around the beautiful city of Parma with Cecilia was wonderful. Come with an empty stomach as we tried different cured meats, cheese, a delicious sparkling red wine (Lombrusco) at our first stop, a traditional pasta dish (or risotto for the GF like me) at the second, traditional sandwiches at stop three (imagine thinner English muffin style bread or thicker pitta) and Gelato from the BEST rated Gelato shop in the country. Cecilia was an amazing, kind and knowledgeable guide, we would highly recommend her and this experience.
Very beautiful and interesting esperience! Highly recommended to do at least once. The food was absolutely delicious throughout. Our guide, Linda, was very efficient and clear in her explanations. A wonderful discovery!
Come with an empty stomach! Our guide was knowledgeable about Parma. Explained the food and the history of each meal. She was very personable and courteous with each member of our party of 8. Would recommend this tour highly. Food was excellent and varied.
Anna Marie was a terrific guide—detailed explanations about the food and wine we enjoyed, and about how local products are made. It was a full, multi-course, walking meal. Some unique establishments. I believe no one ended the tour hungry.
Really great and well paced tour, full range of food experiences offered.
With a small group together with the guide to taste the specialties of Parma in different restaurants and get explanations! It was a very relaxed and cozy experience, highly recommended!
Linda created a fun and informative atmosphere for our tour. The food was amazing. I just wish there was more walking because I ate so much 😉
We experienced the full Parma food tour with Anna Maria, and it was exceptional from start to finish. Her knowledge and passion truly shone through in every part of the experience. She went above and beyond, generously sharing insights into Parma’s food culture and offering fantastic local tips that has made our stay in Parma even better. I would highly, highly recommend Anna Maria to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable tour.
