Highly recommend! Very informative tour.
I learned so much about the making of this wonderful cheese. The prosciutto di Parma was delicious. I also learned alot about the making of balsamic vinegar. Our guide, Matteo, was excellent. He grew up in the area and had worked with the cheese. His father was a cheese master so he knew all the steps necessary. I highly recommend.

Excellent cheese, ham and Balsamic tour.
Great tour to visit parmigiano cheese, Parma ham and Balsamic production sites. The tour gave a great insight into the processes and was brilliantly described by our guide Mattia. The tastings were generous as was the time given to each visit. The only downside is my standards for excellence has gone up several notches!

Amazing experience! I was...
Amazing experience! I was able to bring a 13 yo and he left full! Very cool being able to see local farmers and how they produce cheese, ham and vinegar! Also, being able to taste vinegar was amazing!!! Definitely brought home bottles for the states with no problem! Everything was wonderfully packaged and survived a trip home in a checked bag

Informative and fun
It was very informative. We had a very good guide and got to see how the Parmigiano Reggiano and Palma ham were produced. We would’ve liked to have seen how the balsamic vinegar was produced, but I presume it’s not the season. Even so it would be nice to see the equipment rather than just the storage barrels. Despite this it was very good with generous samples and a great guide, Matia.
