Paris VIP Shopping Experience-Lounge Access, Tea time & Transfer

This was a great experience for any seasoned shopper! The ability to have a private place to rest and use the bathroom, along with the help getting the VAT set up is wonderful. It’s important to realize that this is not a personal shopper experience, this is just set up to make your shopping a lot easier.

I bought a pair of shoes here. The next day after seeing them tried for an hour I realized that they were too small and hurt my foot. I took them right back to the store. They didn’t want to refund them or even change them for me because I had already worn them (although it says 30 days on the checkout ticket).I end up with a pair of shoes for 200 € that I can’t put on. I highly recommend avoiding the intermediary Galleries lafayette which is a machine to scam people and going directly to the shops of the brands (saint street honored for the brand Autry). You will have a Customer Service equal to that.

As an avid traveler and shopper I can tell you this was well worth its while. They do everything as promised. Anna and the team were superb. You can drop your bags in a beautifully appointed room and keep shopping. The d e tax experience was fast and vip ( meaning no need to wait in the general line) and they got a cab back to my hotel. Two incredible gentlemen even escorted me to the taxi … I didn’t even carry a single back

This service is a nice enhancement to a Galleries Lafayette shopping experience. The concierge staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a deeply frustrating experience at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. I specifically asked multiple times for a jacket and jeans in size 8 years for my son, as I needed them for a special occasion. The staff assured me they had given me the correct size, so I trusted them and paid €475 for the jacket and €215 for the jeans. Upon returning to my country and having my son try the clothes on, I discovered they were actually size 6, despite the tags saying 8 years. The outfit didn’t fit, completely ruining our plans for the occasion. I sent the items back with a friend before the one-month return period ended, but the store refused to exchange them or issue a refund. To make matters worse, after I complained about their unprofessionalism, they blocked me from emailing them. This is beyond unacceptable for a store of this reputation. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero effort to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed and will not shop here again.

I decided to receive immediate cash refund at the Gallery. I received cash right on the spot with the condition that I will validate the tax refund form in the airport. I gave my passport and the operator in the gallery completed the form, smiling all the time. I was stupid not to check the form, because I was in a ruch to receive the money and go out of the store. When I presented the completed form in the airport it got rejected by the customer clearance because there were 10 mistakes in my passport details in the form. Neither my surname, passport number or birthday were correct. If it was only one mistake I could have thought it was an undesired human mistake, but with all the details written completely incorrect, it is clear that this was done on purpose and the operator knew in advance that there is no chance I will be left with my tax refund. If you decide to shop in GL, check all the forms they are giving you. Otherwise you will get cheated like me. It is really a shame for such respectable store!
