The tour was cancelled in the morning but we were told there would be an audio tour but we had to take our own headphones, which we did not have. We have not been offered a refund and they have not replied to my email.

DO NOT BOOK THRU VIATOR! They canceled 15 mins before our scheduled time. This happened the day before as well for our Louvre tour.

The tour operator cancelled on us last minute. So we trekked across town to meet at a specific time when it was easy enough to gain free entry to Notre Dame without paying to rush around to meet a tour guide who didn’t bother to show up

The visit scheduled with a guide was canceled. We were informed that they would provide us with an entry ticket at 3:15 PM with a 30% refund. Finally, the ticket they replaced was at 2:30 PM. We had to have dinner in a hurry because of this change. I am still waiting for the 30% refund.
I would give no stars if that were an option. I flew across the world to see this church. And as I’m about to get in the uber for our tour, you text and cancel. This after calling the day before to reschedule from 9:30 AM to 2:30pm when it’s crazy hot. Shame on you. And all you offered was you can stand in line and still get in. Really???. Not the same as a tour. Oh you did offer the next day, reschedule AGAIN, but we already have plans tomorrow. We stood in 90° for over 30 minutes to get in. But no tour. No explanations. I will never use Viator again. You could have minimally given us skip the line tickets for original time which you should have already purchased since we were suppose to get in. Or did you???
