They cancelled our tour just before the time limit for cancellation because they could not obtain a ticket for the Louvre. They don’t answer my messages, not the messages from viator it self for now and I haven’t been able to get a refund. Do not book with them if you want to actually get what you are paying for.
Absolute scam. Kesha gave us an exterior tour before leaving, at which time we realized our tickets were for EU citizens and knew at the time of booking that we were American. Kesha then advised us to LIE to museum officials because "they don't check" (they actually do). This behavior is shameful and needless to say, we were unable to see the Louvre at all.
