We used Inter Services Prestige after finding out their email from Google, First I was hesitant. Their prompt reply and confirmation of the service without paying anything in advance was amazing (which is hardly we can find these days). Our driver, Mr. Raja, was exceptional, providing additional information about the city and the best routes for a Paris tour on our return journey. He was punctual, and ensured our family of eight had a comfortable and timely transfer from the Eurostar station to our accommodation near Disneyland, and back to the station. highly recommended.

Fantastic service from these guys again. Have used them several times and highly recommended them. We were 4 adults and booked a return trip from Gare du Nord to Disney. Very friendly and professional driver was waiting for us in the station. Large and very comfortable car. Picked us up smack on time for the return. Great service, with lovely English speaking friendly drivers both ways. Car seats for our two year old provided. Pick up directly from departures at CDG and dropped directly to our hotel reception and vice versa. Good communication prior to travel Definitely would recommend.

I love Inter Service Prestige. I have been using the car service for many, many years. They are kind, reliable, and affordable. I would not use any other car service to pick me up from and take me to the airport in Paris. Everyone should use them. Marvelous, marvelous, marvelous.

Fantastic service that we used before with equal success. The driver collected us from the Gare du Nord and took us to Disneyland. The driving was calm and never aggressive, but we got there in good time. We would definitely rebook any time we go back.

Pro's: Good clean cars, arrived on time. Good staff. Con's: Price changing. Used them 4 times, they changed their terms last minute on one of my trips, last minute requested 35€ extra or they would cancel the taxi. This is after I had recieved a confirmation email one month previously with a confirmed cost for trip and I had subsequently sent a further email confirmation just prior to my trip (all attached). I was happy to pay an extra 10€ additional charge for late pick up as per their emails but they demanded more. To have to haggle a new price the day I was taking my family to Disneyland and after recieving 2 confirmation emails from them, to just change price the morning of my trip like that was highly Unprofessional to me and stressed my morning. I reluctantly paid it, how else would i get my family home but they didnt get a penny more. Correspondance was all done via email, when I did call to discuss this change in price and fact they had confirmed via email a lesser price, they hung up the phone on me. I wouldnt recommend their service unless you get concrete agreement on price. Dont think just because you get a confirmation email with price that they will honour it.
Dear Customer, We have not charged unfairly. We charge an additional nightly fee of 10 Euros only for airport transfers. We charge a flat rate of 35 Euros for overnight trips from Disney. Also, since we do not conduct tours after 23:00 Hrs, night charges will be charged if such tours are conducted and we decided to make your night trip for this amount because you have made several trips with us. Otherwise, we do not conduct tours that are not airport transfers after 23:00 Hrs. We asked several times whether you agree with this amount. We made this trip because you confirmed the trip for that amount. Without that, we have not acted unfairly, thanks.
