The fatigue is worth it
It was a great experience, the tour is tiring because the distance is long but excellent transportation, comfortable.
But the guide Cris definitely made the difference. I would only recommend that the company provide headphones to the participants, that way the trip could be enjoyed more with the stories that the guide has to tell so well. Congratulations

Belgium and Brussels: An unforgettable experience
It has been a beautiful excursion! An unforgettable experience. Cristina, the tour guide, performed her job with the utmost professionalism and friendliness.
On the other hand, a mention for the drivers Zoran and Reduane whose work has been impeccable.
An unmissable excursion!!w

Excellent experience on the Brussels and Bruges tour
The experience was incredible. Being able not only to know the two cities, but also to learn a little about the history of both cities was amazing.
Daniela's guide was very attentive and helpful. Teaching details and also guiding.
I highly recommend the experience! It is very worthwhile to take the guided tour.

NO CHOCALATE TOUR
Cristina was an excellent guide. However, the Brussels itinerary did not include a visit to the European Parliament, which I consider a major oversight. The “chocolate tour” was very disappointing—especially given the price: 5 chocolates for 2 people for 50 euros! Definitely not recommended!!!!!!!

Great guide Cristina - Disappointing chocolate tasting
Guide Cristina was very friendly and professional. Professional driver guide. I MUST POINT OUT a negative point regarding the itinerary, as the visit to the European Parliament was omitted in Brussels. The Chocolate Tour experience (for an extra fee) was VERY disappointing. The rest was an excellent experience for the few hours in the cities of Brussels and Bruges.

A nice day
This experience is a long day and a very short amount of time to enjoy the sites. Daniella was lovely and did a nice job explaining things. We would have preferred to be in an English speaking group. I would not recommend the chocolate tasting part as it was literally a store employee explaining 5 pieces of chocolate. Brussels and Bruges were both beautiful and definitely need more time to enjoy your surroundings.
Operator response
Dear Patricia.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed Brussels and Bruges and appreciated Daniella’s guidance. As the tour visits several places in one day, the itinerary is designed to balance the time between each stop, although we understand that pace and free-time preferences can vary from one traveler to another. We also appreciate your comments regarding the chocolate tasting.

English Speaking does not mean English Speaking
My tour said English however it was 90% Spanish and ALL instructions and information was given in Spanish first and then the 2nd class participants were instructed in English. It would have been helpful to have a simple map of the places we were going to be visiting so if you get lost from the leader you have an idea of where things are. I understand this is not a photo tour but people want to take pictures and not get left behind!!!! Again a map would have been helpful.
Operator response
Dear Guest.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the bilingual format gave you the impression that English received less attention. The guide provides the same essential information in both languages, although the order may vary during the tour. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding a simple route map to help guests follow the itinerary more easily.

Visit to Brussels and Bruges
My visit to Brussels and Bruges was guided by Fernando. His presentation of these places kept my interest at all times. He showed good command of the topics and was very kind in answering my questions. What I did not like was the size of the bus. The space between seats was very small, resulting in a very uncomfortable trip.
Operator response
Estimado cliente.
Muchas gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra saber que Fernando destacó por sus conocimientos y amabilidad. También agradecemos su observación sobre el espacio y la comodidad del autobús.
