Wonderful experience, the meusuem is great and the chocolate is very good. The workshop is great experience with children
Interesting museum visit but a lot to read. Limited tasting (dispensers of pellets). Nice chocolate workshop but infective animator.
Very nice chocolate workshop! It was fun and fun to do!
This was a waste of time and money. 1. This was stated as offered in English but I found that the French that was spoken before the English translation seemed much more thorough than what was relayed in English. Instructions were not clear and the other person in my party messed up their chocolate creation because of this. 2. Our chocolate "chef", Chaid? Chare? Chald? Chair? Who knows? She was terrible. She was not helpful in any way whatsoever and did not seem to care about having a fun experience at all. She seemed more interested in getting the whole thing over with so she could go hang out with her friends at the check in desk. 3. There were 10 people in our session (our party included). There were only 2 vats of chocolate (1 milk & 1 dark) that we all had to share and maneuver around despite there being an entire room that we could have been spread out w/ multiple vats available. I'm not sure if this was just part and parcel for the workshop or she was just being lazy and not wanting to clean extra. 4. When the other person in my party messed up their chocolate creation, there was no help from our chocolate chef to find a solution. Instead, chocolate chef chair/chare/chauld moved onto the next activity. Again, did not care at all if we were having a good experience or not. 5. This is not really making chocolate so much as it is just dipping stuff in chocolate. Did not learn a single thing. 6. The toppings weren't spaced out or proportioned out for the number of people in the workshop. It was also not clear what all the toppings were since again, our chocolate chef chair/chare/chauld rushed through the English explanation and did not care when we asked. Overall, don't waste your time or money.
This was very rushed and honestly could be done so much better. This is less about chocolate making and more making a few treats. Would recommend for people with kids who are looking for something easy to do. Chef was very nice and switched back and forth between English and French. Would like to do again only if they made it a longer class teaching more skills.
A great visit, extremely pleasant staff, absolutely friendly and accessible chocolate makers, it's simple at the end we would like to invite them to dinner!!! Thank you to the whole team and good and long continuation!!!
Amazing and welcoming staff. Chef was perfect and chocolate making fun. Also we enjoyed the museum of chocolate
Very disappointed!!! Despising staff and Dale from the workshop not patient. Plus the prices are too high To avoid I advise against
it is almost like doing fondue. dip a marshmallow, a chocolate, a orange peel and a small chocolate bar. The museum was lacking. I have been to better and The lady leading the class wasn't engaging. Was disappointed. Sorry.
My son and husband really enjoyed this activity and got lots of chocolate and an apron as souvenirs!
