The tour guide was very...
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and clearly knew a lot about Paris, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the tour itself because I didn’t feel like we got close enough to some of the major sights. For example, I was really looking forward to seeing the Eiffel Tower properly, but we viewed it from quite a distance and I ended up going back on my own later to actually experience it up close.
The tour covers a lot, but I think that comes at the expense of spending meaningful time at some of the main attractions. If you’re looking for a broad overview of Paris and its history, you may enjoy it, but if you’re hoping to get close to the major landmarks, I’d keep that in mind.
Operator response
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re pleased that you found your guide knowledgeable and appreciated learning about Paris.
We’re sorry, however, that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. As the experience covers more than 30 sights across several neighbourhoods, it is designed to provide a broad introduction to Paris rather than an extended visit at every landmark. The Eiffel Tower is viewed from Trocadéro, which offers one of the city’s most iconic panoramic views, but we understand that you were hoping to experience it from closer up.
Your comments are valuable and will help us make this aspect of the itinerary clearer to future guests. Thank you again for joining us.

It’s our own fault...
It’s our own fault because we didn’t do our research but it was more riding on the metro than walking.we started out having lunch, which was a surprise because I thought we’d start our tour right away.
The guide was very knowledgable and informative so we did learn a lot, which was the point of the tour so that was awesome. The other tourist touring with us were very friendly too..

Noah was an absolutely...
Noah was an absolutely wonderful guide for 6 tired travelers. He made genuine efforts to get to know us and he was so extremely knowledgeable. I am thankful he helped us figure out the metro, he offered to take group photos for us, and he gave us lots of tips that we used for our week in Paris. Thank you, Noah!

Paris highlights and using public transportation
Guy was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He got to know each group and also got the group members to interact with each other. He made sure everyone got their questions answered. Guy made sure everyone u dersyood and felt comfortable using public transportation. We got to see so much and we definitely felt more confident using public transportation.

We enjoyed our tour and learned so much about every area we went. Not to mention, we learned how to use the metro system. It was a great way to start our trip.

Recommended tour for first day in Paris
Very interesting tour and great guide ! The walking part so much better than the metro ride but worth taking this combined tour.

Horrible
Would have given it no stars but that wasn’t an option.
Terrible customer service. Tour operator as well as customer service.
Operator response
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed.
We'd just like to clarify that all of our tours and attraction tickets are timed and are valid only for the specific departure that has been booked. We are always happy to help when unexpected situations arise, and whenever possible we do our very best to offer alternative options.
Unfortunately, on this occasion your scheduled tour was the last departure of the day, so there wasn't a later tour available for you to join. As the attraction tickets are also timed, we were unable to transfer them to a different time. We also offered two alternative tours as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand these weren't suitable for your plans.
We do appreciate your feedback, as it has prompted us to review our policy for guests who arrive late. While we always want to be as accommodating as possible, we also have a responsibility to the other guests who arrive on time. Delays and last-minute changes can affect the guide's ability to focus on delivering the best possible experience for everyone in the group.
We're sorry we couldn't accommodate your request on this occasion, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Waste of time & money
Waste of time and money. Our tour was cancel the day of, we were moved to another tour. It was supposed to be a 5hr tour, the guide said it’s too hot so it will only be 4 hrs. Little info was given during our very slow 1hr walk before we stopped for a 30min break which none of us understood AND our guide would not speak to any of us for clarification on what we were doing. We were even given incorrect info at one site, it was so bad that we left the tour. I have reached out to the tour operator and had no response.
Operator response
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points. The tour you originally booked was our 3-hour experience, not a 5-hour tour. Due to the exceptional heatwave in Paris that day, we moved the start time from 2:30pm to 3:00pm and, as a gesture of goodwill, upgraded you free of charge to our longer tour. For this reason, we are surprised by your comment that the tour was shortened, when in fact you received a longer experience than the one you had booked.
The extreme temperatures meant our guide adapted the route to keep the group in the shade where possible and included additional comfort breaks to ensure everyone's safety and well-being. These decisions were made with our guests' best interests in mind during unusually hot conditions.
We are sorry to hear that you felt the commentary and communication did not meet your expectations. We take this feedback seriously and will discuss it with the guide to ensure that information and the itinerary are always communicated clearly.
Finally, regarding your comment that you received no response from us, we did receive your message and replied. In your correspondence you requested a refund and indicated that you intended to leave a negative review if one was not provided. While we always welcome honest feedback, we believe reviews should reflect the experience fairly rather than be linked to the outcome of a refund request.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels
