This is a place where you can really learn about coffee and all its processes from when it is on the plant until it reaches the cup. This experience is guided by experts who explain all the nuances and complexities that the process has and awakens curiosity in all the attendees. The tasting is extensive, elaborate, and allows you in 4 different instances to become familiar with all the relevant aspects to be able to identify and distinguish one coffee from another. It is a highly recommended experience for people who wish to start understanding the world of specialty coffee and also to help define which types of coffee are their favorites, with informed knowledge. Without a doubt, there is passion and a lot of interest in highlighting the product and, above all, the complex work of Panamanian producers.
