Palermo walking tour
Francesco, our guide, took us on a great walking tour through the markets (which were unbelievable and enjoyable), as well as the major highlights of Palermo. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very entertaining as we walked the city streets. He gave us several recommendations for places to grab something to eat as well as local specialties.

A great tour that gives you an insight into the city’s history and culture. You can’t pick different durations to suit your needs, we did 3hrs. Our guide was super knowledgeable and showed us all the major sites and some parts we probably wouldn’t have seen. She also gave us great advice on some of the best places to visit and where to eat. All in all the tour gave us a good understanding of the area and how to navigate the city. Thank you.

It was fine
Tatiana was nice enough and knowledgeable enough but seemed u prepared for the private tour. We had communicated vía text days prior to discuss interests but she still seemed unsure of what to show me. The most disappointing part was that she talked about her other job coordinating transfers and took several calls during out time together. Overall the tour was fine but definitely not the best I’ve taken through Viator.

The tour guide was very...
The tour guide was very knowledgable, however she spoke at too quick a pace and while her English was good, her Italian accent made it difficult to understand. The amount of information shared was overwhelming and too much for a visitor seeking an overview of the Sicilian history of Palermo. She also cannot walk and talk and expect all four guests to hear her clearly over the noice of the street and tourists. We did enjoy her as a guide but recommend she slow the pace down.

Our tour with Giulia was extraordinary! Her knowledge of the history, local culture, architectural styles and geopolitical context made the tour interesting. She was a pleasure to spend time with.
