Frederico was amazing! Me and my 11yo were still jet lagged from the USA>Palermo flight, and my daughter almost fell asleep at the table. He was so understandable and kind and patient with us as we kept hitting different energy bursts then crashes. We powered through and he made it perfect! I loved him incorporating stories of his family and how he doesn't waste food and provides it to homeless and poor people if there's extra. We naturally eat small portions, so we had a lot of leftovers, but it was the absolute best food I've ever eaten in my life. 10/10!

Marcello was fun, friendly and very clear in his instruction. His demonstration was thorough and detailed, so we all had great food to share at the end.

Wonderful pasta making course where we made tagliatelle in pesto, ricotta ravioli in Norma sauce, and chocolate gelato - and enjoyed white wine! We made the pasta ourselves from start to finish and enjoyed the sauces and gelato as a demonstration. Chef Marchello was a great instructor who ensured everyone could see and hear. He was very knowledgeable and funny too! Clean facilities, welcoming open atmosphere. Highly recommend this course.

I loved this class, the chefs were so nice and interactive. They were great teachers and learned a lot from them.

This was a fun experience. The teachers were entertaining and broke down all the reasons for certain steps and ingredients
