My friend and I were lucky as we were the only 2 in the paella cooking class on a Sunday evening. Fatima was our instructor and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot as we prepared gazpacho, sangria, churros and paella. We asked a bunch of questions and she had all the answers. Really fun experience. I highly recommend this class.
Carlos explained everything to us very well and clearly. The group was pleasantly small and not too large. We knew beforehand that the tour was only in English – but that was no problem at all, even if you naturally didn't understand every word. 😊 The food and drinks were super delicious and overall it was a really nice experience.
