Very good tour to get more of the history behind the castle, its construction and architecture. Erina was a great guide, kept it interesting and moved at a nice pace. The walk to the top is worth it for the views!

Hiromi was a wonderful guide. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. We went on a Thursday morning in August, starting with the museum outside about the stone foundation. The line to get inside the castle was very long. Thanks to this ticket, we were able to get in quickly. The castle interior was crowded. People had to form slow lines to look at the exhibits. Since the castle is recently built, it is accessible with elevator. The inside is all museum exhibits. Just a note, the souvenir on the first floor takes credit cards. The souvenir shop on the top floor is cash only. I had a great time. I would definitely recommend Hiromi to travelers.

Excellent. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and very witty. He is also very thoughtful bringing ice packs, fans and illustrations to help us understand even better. Having grown up in England and now spent time in Osaka for over 20 years and now retired here he is an excellent guide appropriate for our group.
