Great Communication
Great communication when I messed up. I forgot to ask where to meet at the hotel I figured the front like every thing else . But the bus was to big for the front.

Hotel to Port Transfer easy peasy
Confortable and easy transfer . Stayed at double tree Hilton. Meet in the back parking lot vs the airport transfer area. We were happy with our driver

Kind, informative, and got us there on time!
Responsive and very communicative staff when needed. Driver acted as tour guide briefly, pointing out various points of interest.

There were numerous delays in pickups which caused arrival delays at the station. Driver was great circumstances not so much.

Great experience! The driver arrived at me hotel right on time. He handled our luggage. He drove safely, and he was a fantastic tour guide.

Driver was 20 minutes...
Driver was 20 minutes late but still got us to our destination in plenty of time. He sang and told us some local history along the way. Overall it was a great experience!

Shuttle picked us up on time and got us to the cruise port we'll ahead of our boarding time. The driver was very nice and informed us of pending stops and eta to the port.
