The concept was a great...
The concept was a great idea, once we knew where to go to lineup to wait for the bus to come and get us there was a lack of communication between the bus driver who was waiting in the hold lot and the gentleman that was checking everyone in and scanning their reservations I think they needed a dispatcher to help them communicate and that was delayed a little bit so we were kind of standing in the rain for a little bit, but once everybody got their act together, it was a positive experience in the end we made it to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Highly recommend would definitely do again.

Shuttle to SEA-TAC
Super easy way to get to the airport! Very reasonable cost! The bus was comfortable and the driver was helpful with my walker. A nice experience!

Unnecessary wait to get to the airport.
Be sure and confirm multiple times that you are going to the airport versus to a hotel. We checked in and thought all was good with the staff at Pier 91, but then found out they sent the bus with folks going to the airport without us. Very frustrating!

Shuttle was already at port so I was able to get to airport in a timely manner. Driver was very nice.

Bus Transport
We were overall pleased with the bus transport from the cruise port to airport. Only complaint was the bathroom on board, it was was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. No sign to say it wasn’t working.

Not organized
There was confusion at the pick up point. Not sure where to stand. The guy at the port was trying to sort things between airport and hotel transfer, but info kept changing. Said to stand behind lane R for airport but when the bus came, bus driver said he was there for hotel drop offs. Those of us in the front had to go to the back of the other line which was frustrating. Was not a pleasant experience. May use ride share next time.

They are so reliable. Their drivers and baggage handlers are courteous and on time. It was very easy to make reservations. This is the second time we have used this service and will do so again in the future. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time
