Itinerary

60 min

The main boulevard street of Warsaw, reminding you if the city's royal past. Adorned with palaces, parks and monuments, including the Presidential Palace, Bristol Hotel and St. Cross Church, where the heart of Chopin is interred.

60 min

Old medieval core of Warsaw with its red roofs, colourful houses and the Royal Castle is the most unlikely UNESCO Heritage Site, as it was fully reconstructed following the near full destruction during WW2. The reconstruction was done so meticulously that you will have hard time telling that it's not old, and it set the example for the rest of the world.

30 min

Curiously named New Town, this part of the city was also established in the Middle Ages. It's the place of birth of Maria Skłodowska-Curie. The Barbican, standing between the Old and New Town, is a conclusion ground of our walk. Thank you for joining!

A wonderful introduction to Warsaw.

This was a fabulous walking tour, with a very knowledgeable guide. I appreciated her personal insights, and obvious passion about her city and its famous residents. It was a brilliant introduction into the history of Warsaw. The Old Town has been beautifully restored and is a "must see" in Warsaw. I loved all the little insights that she gave us: e.g. about the two hotels. It took nearly two and a half hours and is not for people who have mobility issues.

Excellent your of Old Town in Warsaw.

Great tour, excellent your guide Andrew - articulate and knowledgeable. I liked his passion and the delivery. I also enjoyed the fact that Andrew was polite and understanding the curiosity of our 12-year old son and treated him with care and respect.

Not a pleasant tour

Honestly, the tourist guide was rather unpleasant person, she was sarcastic and arrogant. She treated us like first grade pupils. Afterwards, she tried to be funny but sometimes the jokes were inconvinient. She showed unpleasentness towards Krakow, towards other nations, emphasisizing Warsaw as being the only victim of…. The only positive thing was that her English was perfect.

Get ready for loads of Warsaw history summarised down to 3 hours of walking.

Easy walking tour providing loads of Warsaw history. Guide was super knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Well worth the $. Only negative was that there was little time to take photos and most of the key sites, we saw from behind.

Great touring in the Old Town!!

It was very rewarding and instructive. A guide who was very committed and well-read and gave that little extra of his commitment. Lucky enough to attract interest.

Greeting ,...

Greeting , My husband and I really enjoyed the walking tour and the guide was awesome ! We kept us entertained with cute facts and jokes . The only minus was to that trip was flying ants 😕on the Market Place . For people who afraid of insects I would warn them to take a bug spray .? Otherwise we had a great time . Yuliya
